Eliminating the bridge phenomenon! Introducing a case study of a dry fine powder hopper for water-saturated clay.

This is an installation case of the bridging phenomenon that occurs due to the poor fluidity of fine powder, despite the hopper having a gentle slope. Three Brodie disks were installed per side, with one on the lower level and two on the upper level, for a total of 12 disks to resolve the issue.
